Architect and Principal Sara Lax Segal is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. She is a registered architect in New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts. Her portfolio includes large international projects with a focus on museums, educational institutes, and residential facilities. Sara is also a LEED accredited professional with extensive knowledge and understanding of current innovations in green building design for residential buildings. She is an award-winning architect, having won several accolades for her work in Israel, including the Residential Architect Design Award from Residential Architect Magazine for her restoration of the Lauck House in Princeton, NJ by Marcel Breuer, in collaboration with Rafi Segal Architecture & Urbanism.
Sara received her Bachelor of Architecture from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Prior to establishing her former studio DaCruz Segal Architecture, she worked as a senior project designer and project manager in several prestigious architectural firms, including Farewell Mills Gatsch Architects, Hillier architecture, and RMJM Architects in Princeton, NJ, as well as other established firms in Israel.
